Regulations, which serve to ensure peace of mind and safe stay.
1. A room in the hotel is rented per day. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 12:00 on the last day of stay.
2. If the guest has not specified the time of stay, it is assumed that it is one night.
3. The reception of the Hotel reports the guest on the basis of an identity document with a photograph and a completed registration card.
4. Extension of stay beyond the fixed period is possible only after prior arrangement with the Hotel Reception. The hotel will take into account the request

5. The hotel is obliged to keep the night quiet between 22:00 and 6:00am.
6. Children in the hotel are not allowed to be unattended by adults.
7. In the restaurant and in the lobby, guests are not allowed in unsuitable clothes, i.e. bathrobes, beachwear, swimwear, etc.
8. Items of personal use left in the hotel room by the departing guest will be sent back, at his expense, to the indicated
address. In the absence of disposal, the hotel will store items for 2 months.
9. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the rental period for which he paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.
10. Guests who are not registered at the hotel can stay in the hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00. Staying unchecked
in the guest's hotel room after 22.00 is tantamount to agreeing by the guest's renting room for a fee
bringing these people to his room. Accommodation of each person will take place at the current price per adult from the price list available
at the Hotel Reception.
11. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other similar devices in the rooms which do not constitute
equipment of the room.
12. The hotel shall not be liable for loss or damage to valuables, money, securities and objects
scientific or artistic value, if these items have not been deposited in a room safe or put into the deposit of the Hotel Reception.
13. The hotel is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services within the scope specified
provisions of Articles 846 — 851 of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the Hotel Reception of the occurrence of damage immediately after it
statement. In the event of loss or damage to the items referred to above, the compensation shall not exceed the amount established
in accordance with the provisions of Articles 846 — 851 of the Civil Code.
14. Guest bears full substantive and legal liability for any kind of damage or destruction of items of equipment
and the facilities of the hotel arising out of the fault of him or the people visiting it. The guest should notify the Hotel Reception of the occurrence of damage
immediately after finding it. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the hotel's requests and pay for the made
damage and destruction.
15. All rooms of the hotel are completely non-smoking. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes, tobacco products
and e-cigarettes in a hotel room is tantamount to giving permission by the tenant guest room to cover the costs
dearomatization of the room in the amount of 100€ or its equivalent. The above charge also applies for contamination of premises with
other causes than natural use. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies.
16. In case of evasion of the obligation to cover damages resulting from the provisions of these regulations, the hotel reserves itself in accordance with
with the law, the ability to retain the property of the guest until the damage is covered by him.
17. Small pets are allowed at the Unitral Hotel, upon payment of the due fee. In public areas (e.g. elevator, hall and lobby)
the dog should have a muzzle on.
18. The hotel provides private use free of charge for the duration of the stay, and the guest rents for the duration of the stay, for their own personal use
radio and television receiver.
19. Whenever leaving the room, the guest should check the door closure and remove the magnetic card from the reader. Cost of destruction or

20. In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the hotel may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them.
Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the instructions of the hotel staff, pay the charges for the previous ones
benefits, payment for possible damage and damage caused and for leaving the hotel premises.
21. The guest is obliged to carry out appropriate cultural behaviour towards the hotel staff as well as in relation to other guests.
Hotel staff may refuse to serve a guest who behaves aggressively or unculturally, in particular when violating invulnerability
bodily, insults, conjures, impales or intrusively imposes oneself on others in any way, as well as when he does not have a proper act.
22. Failure to use the service ordered by the guest continues to oblige him to pay the fee.
23. The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the regulations.
24. Starting your stay at the hotel is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
