The world of saunas and baths

Warming and cooling baths

We invite you to the enchanted world of saunas and baths. Experience the beneficial effects of alternating hot and cooling baths for health. We had one goal: it was to be a place of rest and deep relaxation, where the body rests and fills with energy. We have combined the richness of two traditions: ancient Roman baths and the virtues of bathing in the Dead Sea known for centuries.

Infusion ceremonies

Every day in the dry sauna, this aromatic ritual takes place. The sauna master covers the heated stones with water with the addition of aromatic oils and then, with the help of various attributes (e.g. a towel, fans or leaves), distributes a hint of aroma around the sauna at the same time directing the so-called dragon kisses in the form of heated air at us. For infusions we use natural, high-quality oils, which at the same time are a wonderful form of aromatherapy.

  • Monday - Thursday- 16:30 and 20:00
  • Friday - Sunday - 12:00pm, 15:30, 18:00, 20:00

Fragrances: Cherry, Nordic pine and menthol

According to the regulation of the Minister of Health of 9 November 2015, the water in the pool meets all the requirements specified in the regulation. The water is suitable for bathing.

Rules for the use of saunas and baths

  • Reserve the right amount of time (optimally 3 hours) Do not eat a hearty meal, do not drink alcohol
  • Leave jewelry, watch and mobile phone in the locker room
  • Do not use the sauna after heavy physical exertion
  • Be sure to thoroughly wash your body with soapy water and dry yourself with a towel
  • For the dry sauna and biosauna, it is recommended to enter naked /without a swimsuit, shielding the intimate parts of the body with a cotton sheet or towel
  • We take two dry towels with us, one on which we will sit or lie, the other will be used to wipe after bathing
  • Saunas are a place of calmness and a kind of meditation, so we behave quietly and avoid conversations
  • Remember that the sauna is a ritual, so let's always leave it in the state in which we found it.

In case of deterioration of well-being, you should immediately go out and report to one of the staff, or press the red alarm button located at the exit of the sauna and bathhouse. To finish, we recommend relaxing, in the rest area, on heated loungers, on summer terraces or in the year-round outdoor jacuzzi. During your rest, you should replenish the fluid level.
