First of all, Unitral has an amazing SPA, in my opinion - the best in Poland. I've never liked a sauna, I loved it here. The brine bath wonderfully" "repairs" the throat, there is nothing better when I am chilled or overworked. I once met in her a radio journalist from Warsaw who told me that in her environment this place is recommended by word of mouth because of this sauna. But this is only the beginning - dry sauna, steam room, bio sauna, steam and brine sauna, ice well, jacuzzi, various aromatic essences (my favorite is rose!), brewing rituals, and finally a delicious juice from squeezed fruit or vegetables. I would like to devote a separate place to the jacuzzi that is in the garden. I love them! The absolute pearl in the crown is the Dead Sea pool His wonderful action cannot be overestimated. First of all, he relaxes wonderfully - the body immediately feels soothed, the salinity of water causes that you can even fall asleep floating on the water. To this zone of silence, soft music, color therapy - here every detail is refined. I laugh that for me staying in this pool is sensory deprivation, cutting off all stimuli, returning to my mother's womb. That is why the word "" relax "" returns so often in conversations about Unitral, you can't imagine anything better for an overworked person! In contrast, every woman, struggling - like me - with edema and water retention in the body - will appreciate one more element - will come out of this pool at least a kilo slimmer. Salt in this unusual concentration penetrates the walls of cell vessels and regulates cell hydration. Calmly! you can not overdo it: 20 minutes is enough and this wonderful process takes place, and then the body says "stop". The purification process is still ongoing! We see each other best on the skin, but our intestines are also cleaned. I have always associated the concept of "taking care of myself" with some work - exercises, gym, not very pleasant treatments, here I discovered that it can be absolutely pure pleasure! The SPA zone is also an unusual massage (I recommend Ayurvedic!), Performed by great specialists, wonderful facial treatments from the renowned German brand Klapp, specialist doctors, rehabilitation equipment, yoga classes, hairdresser and beautician, which is also important for all busy women, who like to do 2 in 1. And this location! Unitral lies a minute from the sea, its noise is heard in the morning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished and finished. There is a lot of greenery around, a terrace where you can eat a delicious cake or drink a healthy cocktail, a small playground for children. When I think of Unitral, the word "refined" "comes to my mind, perhaps because Unitral often hosts German tourists. I have a feeling that everything has been thought of here.
